The Pictures Currently On My Camera...

So, my sister, Jenny (you know her as Sami in book 3) had a birthday party last weekend for her 2-year old granddaughter, Ava. This is me and Margaret. What's interesting isn't the fact that Jenny has a kegorator permanently installed in her living room (behind me), nor that she chooses to fill it with crappy PBR. No, the shell shocker here is that Margaret has now decided she wants to wear eyeliner. Can't get much cooler than rockin the Egyptian thing while wearing an Elmo hat.

Although it may seem like a good idea at the time, never print pictures like this one at Wal-Mart. They don't give a damn who shops there (why is Monday night always Serial Killer Night there?), but they sure as hell call the cops when you take pictures of your kids in a cage. That didn't happen to me because I was smart enough to develop them myself so no one will ever see them.

Wait...um... @#$%!

(No children were injured in the taking of this photo.)

This is how the kids celebrated Columbus Day. Nothing says, "thanks for the smallpox Snuggies and knock-off wampum" like a gay-looking Crocodile Dundee playing cars with Joan Jett in Jackie O sunglasses. I have to say, I didn't stage this. I just got lucky.

What's on YOUR camera right now?

Love the kids in cages pic! Those are the best! I have 2 camera's so there's lots of fun stuff on their memory cards.

One has a bunch of random pics. Mom after her foot surgery (Funny digital video recordings of her looped out on pain meds.) My nieces in various activities, and pictures of the fall leaves.

The other has pics of people with special needs doing karate and other assorted activities. (I volunteered at a disability fair last weekend.) And, the assembly of my halloween costume. I'm dressing up as a pig with wings and going as "Swine Flew" (H1N1/Swine flu) this year.

Refhater - You have to share pictures of that costume. LOL! That's hilarious!

I love that your bag from Nationals is in that background of the funky pic. Turns out, they've reprinted those books and I saw that exact cover at B&N this weekend. I totally thought of you. :)

I graduated this weekend and forgot to take my camera. I was a little stressed what with my crazy family being in and all. So they all took pics on their phones. I think I liked one. I got the proofs from the professional photographer and those will NEVER see the light of day. The good thing is, that saves me money since I have no reason to buy them.

Terri, this is the only blog you'll see photos of me. And I prefer blurred photos.

Refhater, SHOW US THE SWINE FLEW PHOTOS!!!

*LOL*

NICE.

I agree: I want to see the Swine Flew costume. *LOL*

On my camera. Wedding pictures (not mine); my bedroom set I just bought; a steam engine show fair; and my trip to Chicago. Nothing particularly incriminating.

Hellion, and yet it is! With digital cameras we take pictures of everyone. Someday psychiatrists will find a way to analyze what we keep on our cameras. Wait...that may not be a good thing...

Great pictures, Christie.

It's been so long since I've taken any pictures that I can't remember what is there. Smile.

Hmm, I have pictures of my cats (because I post one a day on my blog), pictures of my kids (I don't post those.), pictures of the Orchid I bought myself and pictures of my tomato plants that are still bearing tomato's in late October. *G*

Brandy, you might be the most normal one here. ;)

The "Swine Flew" isn't quite ready to go yet. I'm still trying to find some better ears for it at least. But, here is a pic from a trial run. Hopefully by Halloween I'll be ready to roll.
