Happy Halloween!

I know I'm a week early, but I'm hosting a week-long Halloween Trick-or-Treat party, so let the celebrating begin early!  Myself, along with 14 other Young Adult authors (including our own Christie/C.C. Hunter) are giving away treats to every person who visit our virtual "homes" between Oct 24th and Oct 31st.  Check out all the deets here:

This year I've decided to dress up as a witch.  Actually my costume is very much like the girl in my graphic.  Check it out:

That's me wearing the same witch costume with my son, the Pikachu Pokemon, a couple of years ago.  Sadly, The Boy has informed me that he's too old to trick-or-treat this year.  Instead, he wants to have a sleep over with his friends and stay up all night watching horror movies.  I ask you, where's the chocolate in that?  Luckily, I still have Baby Boy to, dress up.  And the best part is, he's still too young to protest.  Yay!  I'm thinking an adorable fluffy bunny.  Bwahahahaha!

Oh, and just for kicks, here's my man dressed up for Halloween as a cop a couple years ago.  Hot, right?  You can see where I get my inspiration for Ramirez.

Anyone else have fun Halloween plans?  Good costume pics to share?

My daughter is going as an 80's Madonna wannabe. Unfortunately, I will be in London for work and miss the, I mean "holiday".

My husband And kids bought me a banana suit for my birthday earlier this month so i'm going to wear that to pass out candy. It's fun being a goofball!

I feel for you, girl. GK has decided he's too old for trick-or-treating as well. Unfortunately, I don't have a back-up kid like you. How am I supposed to get my chocolate fix for the next two months?

Daughter really is too old to go this year. But, Son isn't and she wants to walk him around the neighborhood. *g*

My youngest still goes out, but too old to have mom tagging along. I dress up to hand out candy to about 7 kids...our street is not Halloween Central. However, I work at the library and have no shame -- so I'll be dressing up for work. I'll probably be a witch too.

Last year I dressed in a Steampunk outfit -- no one knew what to make of that.
